Her journey into Pilates began with the realization that Pilates serves as a strong foundation and basis for overall wellness. While she loved traditional exercise such as running, hiking, and working with free weights, she often found they resulted in injuries. When she tried Pilates, she was able to understand what core strength really was as well as its importance.
She was trained in Stott Pilates and always continuing to expand her own knowledge of the movement of the body, Zoe remains enthusiastic about health and fitness. She believes that Pilates can serve a purpose for everyone. She is also deeply interested in meditation and nutrition, taking care of her health inside and out.
Her experience with a wide scope of age groups and different conditions has sharpened her skills at choosing proper exercise programs. She has a passion and positive vibe for helping clients realize how great they can feel and how their lives can be improved on a daily basis, through Pilates as hers did.

She is bilingual in Korean and intermediate English.
