What is STOTT PILATES®?
Merrithew™, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is the parent company of STOTT PILATES®. Lindsay Merrithew and Moira Merrithew co-founded the company in 1988.
Through constant research and development, JOSEPH PILATES' traditional pilates methods were modernised and methodized, and safe and effective pilates including rehabilitation were created. They have dedicated themselves for over 30 years to improving people's lives all over the world through responsible exercise techniques and innovative fitness brands.
STOTT PILATES' method offers the highest level of Pilates education and media to a wide range of people, from enthusiastic sports enthusiasts to elite athletes, postpartum customers, rehabilitation and fitness professionals, and is used in studios all over the world.
What we do?
We are very excited to announce that Inspine Pilates is a STOTT PILATES® hosting centre! As a hosting centre, we will strive to bring a whole new level of excellence with Merrithew’s quality education and training. We will continue to diversify our education with a wide range of programs that help people of all ages and abilities achieve a healthy lifestyle through high-quality instructor training courses.
