Intensive Mat-Plus™ (IMP)
This course is intended for people who already work in fitness or movement or have Pilates experience and a basic understanding of functional anatomy. During the period of two weekends. It teaches you how to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Matwork repertoire for personal or group training settings for various clients. You will leave with a solid foundation and the ability to design effective and to motivate Pilates Matwork programmes.
Intensive Reformer™ (IR)
This course is designed for those who are already working in fitness or movement, as well as those who are unable to devote the time required in our Comprehensive Program due to work and/or scheduling conflicts. Over the course of three weeks or four weekends. It teaches you to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Reformer repertoire for personal or group training settings for a variety of clients, based on your industry knowledge. You will walk away with a solid foundation and the skills needed to create effective and motivating Pilates Reformer programmes. While IR can be taken before IMP, we recommend starting with IMP.
Intensive Cadillac™ (ICAD)
You will learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Cadillac repertoire for personal or group training settings for a variety of clients, based on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP and/or IR. 125 Cadillac/Trapeze Table/Tower exercises
Intensive Stability Chair™ (ICHR)
Based on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP or IR, you will learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Stability Chair repertoire for personal or group training settings for various clients. This course must be completed in order to obtain full Level 1 certification.
Intensive Barrels™ (IBRL)
You will learn to design and lead the Level 1 Essential and Intermediate STOTT PILATES Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Arc Barrel repertoire for personal or group training settings for a variety of clients, based on your industry knowledge and the material learned in IMP or IR. The completion of this course is required for full level 1 certification.
Injuries & Special Populations™ (ISP)
The STOTT PILATES® Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) course will teach you how to work with clients who have a variety of physical challenges. It is important to note that this course will NOT prepare students to diagnose or treat specific injuries or conditions, or to prescribe exercises for these populations, without first consulting with an appropriate health practitioner (i.e. Physical Therapist, Physiotherapist or similarly recognised health care professional).
Full STOTT PILATES certification requires ISP.
