​Your custom workout is based on your specific needs and will be personalized by your Pilates instructor, who will help you reach your individual goals.

​Trio Equipment Class (3:1)

​Your custom workout is based on your specific needs and will be personalized by your Pilates instructor, who will help you reach your individual goals.

​Quartet Equipment Class (4:1)

​Class uses 4:1 equipment for group exercises that help to build core strength and coordination. Pilates apparatus includes Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel.

Intro to Pilates

In this class, you will learn the basic foundations of Pilates to create strength, control, and stability throughout the whole body.

Intro to Pilates

This Pilates introductory class is great for beginners or anybody who are new to Pilates. We will teach you the basic foundations of Pilates to create strength, control, and stability throughout the body.

Private Class(1:1)

Private Pilates is designed to help you improve your flexibility, strength and balance. Your custom workout is based on your specific needs and will be personalized by your Pilates coach.

Duet Equipment (2:1)

This class is appropriate for anybody with a solid foundation in Pilates. In this lesson, you will incorporate more moderate to fast-paced intermediate repertory.

Trio Equipment (3:1)

Trio Equipment (3:1) class is a small group workout on the Pilates apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. Instructor will be with you every step of the way working to help build your strength, stability and flexibility. Can be modified for all levels!

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a form of physical therapy that uses the same principles as Pilates. It is used for treating injuries and comes in handy after surgeries, pregnancy or childbirth recovery, or after an accident or medical condition.

Active Rehab

The Active Rehabilitation program is designed to recover physical function after a traumatic injury such as a motor vehicle accident, sports injury, or work-related accident. This can be a direct referral from ICBC, WSBC, lawyers or therapists.

Youth Pilates

Pilates is not only a fantastic way for children and youth to increase strength, core stability, flexibility, and balance, but it is also an excellent way for them to improve their posture, create correct movement patterns, and learn how to care for their body that will last a lifetime.
